4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to honor scheduled service appointments. However, we reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such situations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone or email. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to work beginning. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as indicated at time of service.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
Accounts with outstanding balances may have future services suspended until payment is received.
6. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling services, you grant Spring Landscaping LLC and its employees or subcontractors permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed services.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring safe access to the service area (unlocked gates, secured pets, removed obstacles)
- Disclosing the location of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or buried features that may be affected by our work
- Notifying us of any property conditions that could affect the safety of our crew
Liability Notice: Spring Landscaping LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried features that were not disclosed prior to service. Please notify us of any known underground installations before work begins.
7. Satisfaction & Service Issues
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns at no additional charge.
Concerns raised after 48 hours or after the property has been significantly altered following our service may not qualify for a remedy at no charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Spring Landscaping LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
